Do you cover technical interview preparation?

Our resources focus on the Amazon Leadership Principles and the overall interview process. We do not cover the technical prep as this is very role specific. For technical roles we recommend our Essential resources alongside targeted technical interview preparation based on the role and seniority you are going for. I am applying for an SDE role, can I use your resources?

Absolutely. Our collections are developed for the Amazon Leadership Principles interview process which SDE candidates are also evaluated on. The Essential or Starter Editions will aid you in overall Amazon interview prep, delivery, and the principles. Do you offer coaching?

We are currently focused on developing self-guided and self-paced materials. This is because we’ve noticed most high performers have the biggest interview performance gains from an improved and intuitive understanding of the Leadership Principles of Amazon, the Amazon interview process, and a grounded perspective on developing interview stories. The most effective way to provide this is via self study materials.

That said, we understand interview coaching can benefit some candidates. We plan to launch answer review and coaching services for our Essential resources users in 2021.

What countries are your resources relevant for?

The Amazon Leadership Principles interview is conduced according to the same practices globally. This means that while some roles will be market specific, the interview approach is market agnostic and so our collections are relevant regardless of where you are based

Can I upgrade from one collection to another after purchase?

If you expect to need the materials in the Essential collections, the most cost effective route is to go straight for that package. We do occasionally run limited offers, but these discounts are not as efficient as securing the desired package from the start.
